Dr. Stephanie Vlaminck, DC, CCSP®
Owner & Chiropractor, Cuyuna Chiropractic
Dr. Stephanie Vlaminck was born and raised on a farm near Minneota, Minnesota. She earned her undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota, Morris, and spent two years working as a scientist before following her passion for holistic health care. She went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University.
Dr. Steph is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner® (CCSP®), Webster Certified, and a Certified Acupuncturist. She specializes in family chiropractic care, sports injury treatment, prenatal care, and acupuncture.
She began her career by founding and operating Prairie Winds Wellness in Minneota, MN, where she served the community for 11 years. In 2021, Dr. Steph and her husband, John Koons, along with their children, Tate and Blake, moved to Oahu, Hawaii, where she practiced at Island Family Chiropractic for two beautiful and enriching years.
In 2023, the Vlaminck family relocated to Crosby, Minnesota. Dr. Steph worked at the Minnesota Regenerative Institute in Baxter before opening Cuyuna Chiropractic in 2025 to serve the Cuyuna Lakes area with compassionate, individualized care.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Steph enjoys watching her kids play sports year-round, traveling, and cheering on her hometown favorites: SKOL and GO C-I CO!
